Trading terms and conditions
Credit customers are requested to settle accounts within 7 days.
(Credit accounts are only available by prior arrangement)
Goods cannot be supplied to customers with overdue accounts.
Trading terms and conditions of "Over the rainbow" are conform to all relevant Swiss law.
Any disputes or claims are valid only in the legal administrative district, Bezirksgericht Meilen in the kanton of Zurich, Switzerland.
Consumer rights.
Your rights as a consumer are fully protected by all relevant, current legislation - Naturally ORKNEY makes no exceptions.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. (Please do not eat all the product first and then contact us to complain - we do require that you produce some valid evidence to justify the complaint !)
